Ladies and Gentlemen,

The good thing about a kingdom is that you know who rules over a country... And a King or a Queen are accountable, for example towards the Church... If a King or a Queen are not accountable then it is not a kingdom but craze...

If there is no kingdom in a country then the underworld rules over a country... Because the underworld is far more forcible than decent citizens...
