Ladies and Gentlemen,
As a leader of the state you are expected to reduce the number of government employees and to lower bureaucracy... I have the following idea:
The most decent citizens of a country (who can be there in large numbers, too) know so well what they have to do in order to keep the state alive and to operate the state, respectively that they need hardly any leading... Leading is perhaps only necessary for them in extraordinary cases or cases of emergency... The decent people of a society can take more automation and that way the measure of bureaucracy doesn't have to be increased in case of a growing population either...
Mr. Bill Gates found out the "paperless office" and I thought of the "officeless company..." This present idea of mine could be called the "intuitive state..."
