Life comes from God and therefore organic compounds are often stronger than inorganic compounds... Living substances overcome lifeless matter... I guess it's obvious that the greater strength of organic substances depends on the greater number of connections in them than in inorganic compounds... When the many connections in organic substances break up the energy in them is set free...
The high amount of energy in organic substances sometimes cannot be explained only by the great number of chemical bonds in them... It might be also of importance that organic substances contain many similar atoms... When the many similar atoms participate in an interaction at the same time they might react as only one giant atom - with lots of binding energy inside, either it's about fission or about fusion...
